How coins work on CamSurf

You don’t need an account to press start. While you have free matches (you can see how many are left on the start screen), each match call begins with some free time. Talking past that, calling someone directly and sending gifts use coins.

What you can do without coins

  • Getting matched while you have free matches left. Your remaining count is on the start screen. The system sets the number, and it isn’t the same for every account.
  • The free time at the start of each of those match calls.
  • Rewards that show up on the start screen from time to time, such as extra free matches or coins.

What uses coins

  • Video and voice time after the free part of a match.
  • Calling someone directly, like a person you follow.
  • Sending gifts during a call.

How a match call uses free time and coins

  1. Free time

    While you have free matches left, each match call begins with some free time. A countdown on the call screen shows how much is left.

  2. Heads-up

    A notice appears on the call just before it starts using coins.

  3. Coins

    If you keep talking after the free time, the call uses coins.

  4. Running low

    When your balance is about to run out, a top-up prompt appears during the call. If you don’t top up, the call ends.

Where to see prices

Every coin pack is listed in the wallet with its price before you pay. Buying coins needs an account; starting doesn’t.

VIP

There’s also a VIP plan. The wallet shows what it includes and what it costs before you buy.

Free rewards

Now and then the start screen has a reward to claim, such as extra free matches or coins. Whether there’s one, and what it is, can change.
